1. Screening aid only. The service fuzzy-matches names against official public sanctions lists and returns potential matches with a similarity score. It is a screening aid, not legal advice, and a result is not a determination that any person or entity is or is not sanctioned.
2. No warranty. The service and its data are provided "as is" without any warranty of completeness, accuracy, timeliness or fitness for a particular purpose. Lists are refreshed on a schedule and may lag official publication; fuzzy matching can produce false positives and false negatives; not every sanctions list worldwide is covered.
3. Customer responsibility. The customer remains solely responsible for its compliance decisions, for verifying any potential match against the official source and the subject's identifiers, and for having a lawful basis to submit personal data for screening.
4. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider's total liability for any claim relating to a request is limited to the fee paid for that request. The provider is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or regulatory penalties.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful use, abuse, scraping of the full lists or attempts to circumvent payment or rate limits.
6. Sources and attribution. Data from US Treasury OFAC (public domain); European Union Consolidated Financial Sanctions List (© European Union, reuse authorised under Commission Decision 2011/833/EU); UK Sanctions List (contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0).

8. Governing law. These terms are governed by Danish law; the courts of Denmark have exclusive jurisdiction.
